Next week will be our last weekly Tummy Tuesdays post on Brian & Ash, in which we will not only post a comprehensive visual breakdown of our 10 postpartum weeks, but I will also give a detailed write-up on the ways that my exercise routines and nutrition have evolved throughout the weeks, the weight numbers, and all of that good stuff. I was recently told by a trusted midwife that the postpartum body looses a bunch of weight right away during the first two weeks postpartum and then plateaus until month three when the weight loss kicks up again, so we will move to posting monthly postpartum bump updates following next week's post. The past few weeks have been slow but steady, but I'm hoping to be fit, toned, and fitting in my clothes again in a year!
That said, the bump has come a long way in 9 weeks:
